IVR
Accept Invoice Payments over the phone
Enable your customers to pay by calling an automated 1300 payment service. They can use their Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners Cards. Alternatively, they can trigger a payment from their nominated Cheque or Savings Account using Customer Initiated Direct Debit.
All you have to do is print the 1300 number on your invoice. You can include this as one of your payment alternatives. A typical wording could be:-
"Call 1300 830 410 and follow the prompts. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Diners."
We will email you a file listing with all approved payments exactly matching the deposit in your bank account. We will list your invoice numbers so you can check them all off as paid.
The system is fully hosted by SecurePay and we provide all of the telephony connections. This means that there is no telco hardware or software maintenance requirements for you to manage.
Customise Your IVR Script
The Phone Payments System can be fully customised to meet your specific business requirements and the script read out to the Payee can be entirely branded in your own name.
Although the script can be completely customised by you, a typical script with variable fields is:-
Thank you for calling <Your Name>'s pay by phone service. Using the digits on your telephone keypad please enter your <Invoice Number> after the tone. Your <Invoice Number> is located <on the top right hand corner of your Invoice>. When you have finished please press the hash key which is located below the nine. The <Invoice Number> you have entered is...
Please dial 1 accept or 8 to re-enter.
Now enter your credit card number followed by the hash key.
Please enter your four-digit expiry date followed by the hash key.
Please enter the amount you wish to pay ignoring the decimal point. For example $25.15 would be entered as 2-5-1-3.
The amount you have entered is...

Bank authorising the payment - please standby.

Your receipt number is...

To make another payment please hold, or to end the call just hang up.
Simple IVR
We can also provide a generic IVR script that contains no branding. The greeting message read out to the payee is branded in the name of "eSec IVR". Otherwise the service works exactly the same as a customised service; excepting that you are identified with a 6 digit biller code which you would include on your invoice.
Try It Out.
